LANDEV is a South East Queensland development company based in Brisbane. We were established in late 2025 to deliver residential land subdivisions and communities across the region.
We work directly with landowners to turn raw land into well-planned neighbourhoods that stand up over time. Our team brings more than 35 years of combined experience across acquisition, planning, delivery and community creation, with hands-on involvement in major projects across South East Queensland.
Julian Lavell is Development Director at Landev, a Brisbane-based residential land development group, where he leads the development function across the full project lifecycle - from identifying sites with development potential through to securing approvals and delivering construction works to the registration of new titles. He also ensures the finance, acquisitions and sales functions set by Landev's other directors work in with the development process, drawing on a Bachelor's degree in Urban Development (Honours) and a career spanning property development, construction, mining and financial services.
Bailey Jones is Finance Director at Landev, a Brisbane-based residential land development group, where he specialises in development finance funding - sourcing, structuring and securing the capital behind every project. He also leads development feasibility and financial management across Landev's pipeline, drawing on a background in commercial and development finance broking.
Joseph Wing is Acquisitions Director at Landev, a Brisbane-based residential land development group, where he specialises in sourcing and securing off-market development sites across Queensland. Following his time in the hotel sector, Joe founded and operated a specialist property acquisitions business, where he built an extensive off-market network and advised on strategic acquisitions across Queensland. The relationships developed over this period naturally translated into residential land development and continue to create value well beyond acquisitions, with his network supporting projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from site origination through to delivery, funding and sales.
